Dr. Danzhu Mowat is guided by a deep trust in the body and mind’s innate capacity for healing. She gently empowers individuals to reconnect with their own inner healing potential. Her clinical approach is integrative and compassionate, thoughtfully combining acupuncture, cupping, Tui Na, Gua Sha, etc., with Yoga Therapy and Tai Chi–Qigong–based therapeutic approaches.

Dr. Mowat has advanced training in Qi Acupuncture, Neuro-Acupuncture, and Cosmetic Acupuncture, supporting neurological and chronic conditions while also promoting skin health and graceful aging. With over three decades of Tai Chi and Qigong practice and many years of teaching experience, she believes these practices offer a steady, nurturing pathway toward vitality, balance, and long-term well-being.

What to Expect Working With Me? When you work with Dr. Danzhu Mowat, you can expect a calm, attentive, and collaborative approach to care. Each session begins with careful listening and a holistic assessment that considers your physical symptoms, emotional well-being, lifestyle, and personal goals. Judy Wang is a highly experienced practitioner who combines both traditional and new methods of acupuncture for specialized treatments tailored to her patients. This method of cupping, needling, electro-stimulation and acupressure has therapeutic and stress relieving properties with the goal of restoring your body’s balance.

Judy comes from a family of Traditional Chinese Medicine, sparking her passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.

Judy has tremendous success in treating a variety of health conditions including pain management, frozen shoulder, sciatica, emotional disorders, gynecological problems, sleep disorders, headaches/migraines, sinusitis, digestive disorder and more. Eric graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2019. Before joining the RMT program, Eric practiced massage for two years helping people with a wide range of health conditions to improve their wellness. Eric blends techniques from East Asia with his training from the RMT program in order to achieve the most effective results with each patient. Utilizing a variety of techniques such as Firm/Deep Tissue, Trigger-point Release, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Techniques and Swedish Massage, he is able to pinpoint the root of the problem and effectively address all contributing factors. Eric’s massage style is deep tissue and straightforward, but he customizes his treatment as necessary to also be relaxing in nature.

Emily graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2020. Before she became a registered massage therapist, she was already involved in the healthcare field by working as a ophthalmic technician and cataract surgery coordinator at various clinics for over 6 years. Throughout this time at the ophthalmic clinics, Emily can see that patients and their caretakers are also suffering from pain of a different sort. She hopes to focus on relaxation treatments to offer relief from both physical and mental stress.

By providing a relaxation treatment using various Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, myofascial trigger point techniques, and joint mobilization, patients can be better off than when they first walked in.

Hello! I’m Paolo, and I am a graduate of Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy Program. Since starting my education in massage therapy in 2021, I have enjoyed every part of it. Throughout the years, I have tended to different injuries and conditions, and with every opportunity, I look forward to applying gained knowledge to alleviate the discomfort that my clients may be experiencing. I am dedicated to improving each client’s quality of life by relieving tension, tightness or pain, improving mobility, rehabilitating injuries, and promoting relaxation through massage, all while providing a safe and comfortable treatment environment. In addition to massage, I will recommend specific stretches and exercises to maintain treatment progress.
